Dr. Felicia Nene Chidolue

Dr. Felicia Nene Chidolue is presently a Sub-Investigator with Southwest Houston Research. She has over 20 year history working with patients diagnosed with chronic kidney disease and end stage renal disease. She has been involved with drug development over the past fifteen years. She has worked with several pharmaceutical companies which includes, Amgen, Roche, GlaxoSmithKline, Astrazeneca, Reata, Amag, Pfizer, ZS Pharm, Inc., Mitsubishi Tanabe Pharm Corporation, Vifor international, Inc., and kai Pharmaceuticals. She has also collaborated with several Bio Technology companies which includes Gilead Sciences, Inc., Hospira, Inc., Astella Pharma Global Development, Inc., KBP Biosciences Co, LTD, Phosphate Therapeutics, Ltd., Akebia Therapeutics, Inc.,Pharmacosmos, OPKO IP Holdings II, Inc., Abbott Laboratories, Mitsubishi Tanabe Pharma Corporation and many more. She has also worked with over fifteen Contract Research Organizations.
Prior to the above, she worked for the Methodist Hospital in Houston, West Houston Hospital and finally Memorial Herman Hospital. She held several positions which includes a staff nurse, nurse Manager and finally as an Educator. She has served as a mentor and preceptor to many nursing students including those in post graduate education. She has published articles in Peer review journals. and is working on the development of an APP that will be used for monitoring fluid intake in dialysis patients called the Fluid Meter.
She attended the prestigious Santana primary Boarding School in Awomamma, Nigeria. She has earned following degrees; Bachelor of Arts Degree from Texas Southern University, Bachelor of Science Degree from Texas Woman’s University, Master of Science Degree from Texas Woman’s University and a Doctor of Nursing Practice Degree from Texas Woman’s University.
Over her 20 year career, Dr. Chidolue has gained broad expertise in working with patients with chronic kidney disease and end stage renal disease. She has also lost friends and relatives stricken with kidney disease. Her knowledge, experience, passion and expertise will be a valuable asset to the foundation.
Dr. Okey Jide Chidolue
Education & Public Awareness
Dr. O. J. Chidolue has a pedigree of public service. He was born into a front-line public service family in Nigeria where he had his primary, secondary and post-secondary education and Commercial Banking exposure before emigrating to United States in 1977. He studied Finance, Accountancy and Law at the University of Houston, Houston Baptist University and Texas A&M University, respectively.
A Forensic Accountant and Maritime Lawyer by training, Dr. Chidolue has an extensive work experience in International Law and International Sea Port Management & Regulatory Services.
Between 1995 and 2006, he was the Managing Partner of Houston-based International Law Firm of Chukelu & Chidolue, Pllc. And, as Executive Director, Operations & Regulatory Services for Nigeria Ports Authority, he managed four major Sea Ports and an LNG Channel in 2007/2008.
Dr. Chidolue is currently a Maritime Services Consultant and Public Affairs Commentator. And, having lost a younger sister to Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) in 2007, he is extremely passionate about CKD Education, early detection and treatment.
Sylvan Odobulu

Mr. Sylvan Odobulu is a finance professional with more than 25 years of US and international experience in listed and private companies predominantly in start-ups and early stage businesses. He has extensive experience in Oil and Gas companies and in all aspects of accounting, reporting, business strategy, risk management, treasury, tax, M&A and corporate finance, and many years of commercial experience having handled very complex joint ventures, project contracts and commercial negotiations at various levels.
As a Vice President and Controller for an Independent oil and gas company, Mr. Odobulu is responsible for identifying and developing new Sub-Saharan African indigenous upstream oil and gas interests and business opportunities through mergers and acquisitions. He is an expert in local acquisition activities, management of government stakeholders and the integration of all development exploration activities at the regional level. In his role as Vice President, Mr. Odobulu is responsible for corporate wide treasury, human resource and internal controls. As Principle Accounting Officer, Mr. Odobulu is responsible for regulatory and disclosure compliance including preparation of financial statements and other requisite disclosure documents..
Mr. Odobulu was employed by Ernst and Young LLP, serving in various capacities, including as an Accounting Supervisor. Sylvan holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA.), from Rice University’s Jones Graduate School of Business, He also received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Texas, in Accounting. Mr. Odobulu is a member of the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators (AIPN) and a member of Council of Petroleum Accountants Societies, Inc. (COPAS)
Okezika Udezue
Treasurer, Fundraising
Okezika Udezue Is currently the Regional Manager of Americas capital projects at British Petroleum (BP). In this role, he leads a team that is responsible for the successful delivery of all property projects and programs in the region which includes North, South and Central America. Prior to joining BP, Mr. Udezue was a Senior Manager at JE Dunn Companies responsible for the healthcare and energy portfolio performance. Mr. Udezue holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering and Management from Oklahoma State University, and a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the highly esteemed Columbia University in New York.
Over his 17 year career, he has gained broad expertise in project and program management across various industries, notably healthcare and energy with a keen focus on process improvement, risk management and cost optimization. Mr. Udezue also recently lost a relative to kidney failure and is passionate about its management. His knowledge, experience and network will be a valuable asset to the board.
